CCTV & Intruder Alarm Installation Canvey Island Essex

For this Security Installation of CCTV & Intruder Alarm in Canvey Island Essex we had a customer contact us via a recommendation from another happy customer. The residential customer needed advice on the best way to cover the property from the outside and in. We had a conversation regarding camera positions and increasing the security around his house in Canvey Island Essex.

At our initial consultation appointment the customer had mentioned eight positions that he thought needed coverage from the CCTV system. We discussed positions and actually reduced the amount of cameras required to six. We were then able to use the two spare channels of the eight channel recorder and install two internal cameras.

We then explained the intruder alarm products that we use and ran through the installation and coverage requirements. The alarm is internet connected much like the CCTV and can be controlled via smart phone app.

We supplied a written quotation detailing what CCTV & alarm products would be supplied and covering which areas. This protects the customer and ourselves to ensure we are completing the work to the standard required and that all the vulnerable areas are covered.

After some discussion via email the customer agreed the quotation and booked an installation date convenient to them. We advised the customer of their consumer rights as per our commitment to the buying with confidence trading standards scheme.

The installation of high definition CCTV Cameras & Intruder Alarm

This installation was a standard hard wired 2 megapixel system and a wireless Scantronic ION Wireless Alarm. The installation in Canvey Island went very well and the customer was exceptionally pleased with the result.

In this installation in Camvey island Essex SFB Solutions have used this amazing piece of kit from Comelit. This unit when installed correctly will allow our client to answer their gate call from anywhere in the world via smart phone app.

When a visitor presses the call button an internal unit (pictured) will display the video and sound from the gate, simultaneously each mobile device registered to the system will receive a notification that someone is at the gate. From the smart device (or internal unit) you can answer the call, speak to each other and also release the gate to allow entry, how amazing is that!

Electricity and facilities go hand in hand and we are just starting a major electrical re fit in Canvey Island.

We have 3 operatives on site completing a complete electrical supply overhaul. This includes over 30 63amp supplies from over 10 distribution boards. Our client is having a new incoming supply installed by UK Power Networks and we will be providing a new CT Chamber and metering solution to this as well as switching from the old inadequate supply to the new site wide.
