Commercial Security System Review
We visited Imperials Essex, Chelmsford site to undertake a full assessment of the buildings, its grounds, and the surrounding area. Site visits are vital. Firstly, because they allow us to identify any issues that the owners may not be aware of. Secondly, they give us the opportunity to discuss in more detail the client’s requirements. Above all site visits reassure clients that we are a professional, efficient and friendly security company.
Security with complete peace of mind was an essential requirement for Imperials Essex who have a large stock of high-end prestigious cars. They had an existing CCTV system that required an upgrade. Therefore, we spent time discussing the different options. After that, we recommended the Hikvision 16 Channel IP POE CCTV system together with the Texecom wired alarm system with CSL Dualcom Pro monitoring.
It was agreed that parts of the existing CCTV system should be rewired with existing cameras utilised and PIR intrusion zones. The system is monitored 24 hours by a central station with audio challenge facility. Most importantly the system can also be accessed and managed by the client using smart devices i.e mobile phone, tablet.
