The fit out company’s client was building a new Doctors’ Surgery in Basildon. They required CCTV to cover the external perimeter and internal public spaces.

SFB attended an initial planning meeting at the client’s offices. And then a site visit once construction started.
We designed a bespoke CCTV solution for the surgery. It ensured all external areas had good coverage. So any incidents would be recorded and acted upon.
Better still, we saw a way to save them money! By using two cameras less than their team’s design. But without compromising on coverage.
A CCTV SYSTEM THAT ALLOWS FOR GROWTH
We proposed an installation of new Colour At Night cameras. This would ensure excellent footage at night.
Forward thinking is ingrained in our culture. To ensure customers are getting the best value for money long term.
So we chose a CCTV recorder with some spare channels. To allow growth should the Practice increase its size in the future.
The client also requested extra hard drive space to ensure at least 30 days of recordings. This would allow time should the worst happen and an incident go un-noticed.

Dahua is a major player in the CCTV market. They provide excellent customer service. And warranties should the equipment have an unforeseen issue.
The recorder menus and the app are so simple to use that all our clients can learn the new software easily.
Having said that, one of the SFB team is always on hand should they ever want to ask a question.
WHAT THE PRACTICE MANAGER SAID
The Practice Manager was so happy that she has direct access to us and can ask questions should they arise.
She stressed that it was never this easy with the previous installer. They were a much bigger company and only had a call centre that couldn’t help with issues over the phone.
