Blue Beau Boutique, located in Rayleigh Essex, were looking for a company to install a new burglar alarm. To meet the requirements of their Insurance Policy, it was vital that the alarm was installed by an SSAIB accredited company. Therefore the Boutique’s Insurance Company recommended SFB Solutions. After the initial enquiry, we arranged a site visit. As with any client, retail or residential, SFB Solutions will always visit the site before quoting. Site visits are vital to discuss specific concerns or requests the client may have. In addition it allows us to identify any problems or challenging areas within the property. We met the owners of the boutique and undertook a more in-depth look at the premises. We spent some time explaining what products we felt would meet suit their security needs. After the review and discussion, we recommended an Eaton Scantronic Alarm system. The Eaton Scantronic Burglar Alarm system is a ‘smart’ security system. The system is accessible via the Cloud, meaning that clients can manage and monitor their security systems wherever they are.
We provided a written quotation that gave the client a full breakdown about the product we would supply and install along with a plan of where the different parts of the security system will be installed. Installation and Aftercare
The client agreed that the bespoke burglar alarm system met their security requirements. We booked a convenient date and time for us to visit the premises to install the Burglar Alarm system.
